GUI should auto-size to match screen resolution

My new laptop has a 3200 by 1800 pixel screen. The Zoom Player interface does not do well on this machine: the menu fonts are too tiny to read accurately. Please make the GUI automatically adjust the size of its components and fonts to be visible on screens of different resolutions.
