| Posted: | | | | Hi, I was wondering if it's possible. Also, I updated my phone with several added profiles but one cover image did not copy. I chose to delete the profile with the missing image but when I deleted it from the phone it deleted the desktop profile as well. I don't know if this is what's intended but it's probably a good idea to close the connection prior to any deletion. Jim F. |

| Posted: | | | | Hi, I may have caused confusion by referring to the title of my post within the body. To clarify: Is it possible to send a profile which I've added to my phone to my desktop? If so, how? Jim F. |

| Posted: | | | | Hi b.... Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, whatever I do on either my phone or tablet I never see anything but a button with the word "None" in it following "Send Changes:" in the Options window. Seems likely that it's hardware related. Jim F. |

Seems likely that it's hardware related. More likely User related, intentional or unintenional. Human failure like "Oh, yes. I have put my glasses on, now I see that it's ON and not N ON E.". Works as expected on both my devices, under 4.4.4 and 6.0.0: every addition of profile, removal of profile, personalization of profile (eg changing a tag), triggers the "Send Changes" NONE -> ON/OFF selection. Btw, I'd like to have Android 6.0.1 with Unicode 8.0 and the new emojis. | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect] |

| Posted: | | | | Problem solved! It seems that I was looking down the wrong end of the telescope, as it were. The problem was not with my Android devices but my desktop options. With Synchronization enabled (File Menu or Ctrl+M), in Options/Sharing "Allow changes..." must be checked in the "Change Access" block. If Sharing was previously enabled, right-clicking on, or to the right of, the "Shared on..." text brings up the Options window. |
