DVD Profiler crashes at the update on my Galaxy S3 every time

I have bought the DVD-Profiler and (at the Google Store) the DVD-Profiler for my Android. The first Time I update the database on my Galaxy S3 from the Computer of my home - the update interrupts at about 95% with the sign "DVD Profiler halted". The next time the update interrupts at about 10-15%. I tried it a few times, but with no success. I tried it on the online-way - the programm crashes that the login. Whats wrong? I´ve open the port at my firewall too, but the same result - it crashes
Can anybody help me please?

More than likely you need to run a database repair on your database.  Sounds like you have a corrupt record.
