I'm trying to update my phone's collection tonight. I go to the app, go to "Update Collection", and try to log into my online account. For some odd reason, I get a "You must be signed into the Amazon App Store in order to run the app." So I try to sign in but I get an Internal Service Error, and both the Amazon App and DVD Profiler app forcibly close.
What's going on here? If anyone wants to know, yes I bought it from Amazon, but it doesn't affect how the program runs. |
