Can't remember seeing this discussed before, so it's probably not high on everyones list, but it's something I would find very useful;

I'd like to keep track of
1) When a title was ordered
2) When the title was shipped
3) When the title arrived

At present we only have "Purchased", which I now use for date shipped. But I'm interested in keeping track of how long it took the store to ship my title, and how long it took to get here. So I'd like all three dates.

What I would like to propose is this:
* Custom date fields so you can add as many or as few as you like
* Possibility to define what date field should be set (if any) when you add/move a title to a specific collection category (regular or custom).

Any takers?

I like the idea of custom date fields especially if we could label them like we want.
For my particular need they would also need to be included in HEADER_VARS.

Today, I track 4 different dates; Ordered, Delivered, Received and Retrieved for online purchases.
I put these in notes. For local store purchases I track normally.

If we could get your idea of custom date fields it be great. I would only need to set these fields once regardless of which collection category the profile is in. So the second part of your request (moving a profile between collection categories) would have to be optional.
