| Posted: | | | | OK so I know this is not technically the place to ask but you guys must know the answer....
Tried to scan a new DVD using the DVDP App on my iphone 4 (add by UPC/scan barcode), got the window " The free app Pic2Shop is required but not installed" pop up; installed the App, opened the App and it wants me to "enter the information provided by my webmaster" - who's he then? Any idea? Because I'd like to ask him/her....
What is a "Home Page URL" when it's at home? Invelos?
What is the "Barcode lookup URL"?
The subtitle notes on the App associated to these questions are meaningless (to me) and there is no further help seemingly available on the App - so wise ones, (assuming you speaka dis lingo and have configured your own phones Day 1) Please advise! Appreciate a little one syllable guidance pllease.
Many thanks. | | | Gonna jump...gonna jump... |

| Posted: | | | | That wasn't your question. You said that when attempting to scan a new DVD using DVD Profiler iOS you got a pop-up stating that "The free app Pic2Shop is required but not installed". You then said you installed the App (I'm assuming Pic2shop), opened it (again assuming Pic2shop), and were asked to "enter the information provided by my webmaster". I haven't a clue. When I installed the Pic2shop App I don't recall ever being asked to provide anything like that. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection | | | Last edited: by Bad Father |

| Posted: | | | | Did you install the app that the DVDP iOS app brought up in the app store or did you search for the app yourself?
App shows up a lot here. |

| Posted: | | | | Hi Dr K, device = iphone 4. Following your drift, have deleted Pic2Shop 'PRO' and installed the free one that DVDP iOS brought up. Problem sorted! Many thanks.
