| Posted: | | | | I think it maybe a good idea to be able to, as an option, to sort the CLT search results by production year.
Let's say you have two actors by the same name and one of them died in, let's say, 1978. By allowing the search results to be shown by production year it would make it much easier to find any post-1978 titles and thus can confirm that there are two actors in the database by the same name.
Right now the results are shown alphabetically and with some results having many pages to go through it can be a chore to easily find titles by year. |

I think my #1 wish for the CLT is for it to take into account the Birth Years. This way we wouldn't see all of the results for all like named people. On this Ken said he would look into it. But that was long ago. Not sure if he was unable or if he just didn't get around to it. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Both very good ideas. An overhaul of the CLT would be great. It would be also good if we could see the credit (cast or crew) in the list without clicking on the movie. And expecially on long credit lists I would like if the movies with same title would be grouped in kind for better Overview. (Of course with the possibility to expand) ... And I think there will be some other improvments some users can imagine. |
