Maybe it's "Rendition", "Michael Clayton", or "American Gangster" on Feb. 19th. Please provide insight or recommendations based off of what you have scene or what you have heard. Blu Ray, HD, or Standard -- what is your recommendation and why.
I will start by saying that I cannot wait for "No Country For Old Men" on 3/11/08 or "Ice Storm (criterion collection) on 3/18/08. Two great movies; I cannot wait. What casts and what acting; not to mention direction by the Coen Bros. and Ang Lee. You can trust me on these two!!!! |

| Posted: | | | | The only title that I can say that they are a no-choice (I have to buy them) at this time are :
From Dark Sky Films (4 movies written or directed by Arthur Marks) : The Centerfold Girls, A Woman for All Men, The Roommates and Bonnie's Kids (great one) . They will be release somewhere in 2008, but no precise date yet.
But I know myself well and I know that I'll buy a lot of 60's and 70's movies this year |

What you aren't a Star Wars Fan?? I said in an earlier post.... (that went unnoticed BTW ) .., Can you imagine for a moment the rush to BluRay or HDD , if this 6 volume set was released in HiDef ? Even if a single title bi-yearly for the next three years would put a whole lot of HI DEF players as well as many many more Wide screen 1080p TV's into peoples homes.. Come on, George, you're not getting any younger.. You need this extra money now for your retirement.. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Come on, George, you're not getting any younger.. You need this extra money now for your retirement.. One thing I must admit is that although I have Episodes 3-6 in Widescreen, I was gifted Episodes 1 & 2 in Pan&Scan. Having just recently purchased a BluRay player to replace my broken DVD player I would probably purchase a 6 Disc StarWars boxed set in HiDef if it were available. It would look so choice on my 42" Plasma. That might be one (well, ok to be honest it's 6 discs) of the only things that I re-purchase in HiDef. Maybe. | | | Peter

It's coming to DVD in March. This is great news. Just so you all know, anything with Adam Baldwin in it is instantly awesome. |
