Hi folks,

hope that this is the correct board for my problem: I just bought the german boxset "The Transporter I+II - Collector's Edition" and added it to my collection. I added the box with the EAN and the 2 discs which have no EAN by the autodetection using my DVD-ROM.

He now added:
1) The Transporter - Special Edition (0-828765-551793) with the correct cover and data
2) Transporter II - The Mission - Special Edition (828767-710990) with an incorrect cover (the one form the regular SE of this movie) and wrong data... seems that he just added the whole normal SE.

I search the database by title and found two entries which only have a DISC-ID, but the entered data is very basic.

Have I done something wrong? What to do now?

Best regards
Matthias

The Disc-ID'd ones are almost definitely the ones you want (I assume the boxset is a digipak or has no EANs on the internal cases?) but the data is basic on the them is poor because it hasn't been added yet... this is a user generated database don't forget.

I suggest downlaoding the most complete version you can, changing the EAN to the Disc ID, making sure you change anything else that needs it (eg. price should be 0 for box set contents, cover should be as per boxset cover for a digipak, generally check everything incase it is a slightly different disc (they may have put in a repressing without some subtitles for exampel) etc.) then submit them (which will be an update to the present Disc ID versions).
You will soon find out if there are disagreements because those Disc-ID versions are in another boxset too... but we'll deal with that if it happens

You need to make sure the Disc IDs in the DB match the Disc IDs that you have but, you would need a DVD rom drive.  If you don't hopefully another member on this forum has the same set as you and can verify if they are the same IDs.
