| Posted: | | | | I have an unlimited registration and have been using DVD Profiler for more than 15 years now. I bought a new PC and decided to install everything manually. Anyhow this has been going on a few days, I started with a fresh install of Windows 11 and I reinstalled my router and everything is as it should be but I have installed and removed DVD Profiler a few times as well and I am stuck. After a fresh install, I go to add DVDs to my collection and then I get the following. If it would help I would gladly buy another unlimited registration if that is what it takes. Please assist me, I would be forever grateful. | | | Blu-ray collection order; Music>Musicals>Documentaries>TV shows>Criterions>Movies |

| Posted: | | | | It appears to be an issue arising from the recent server migration. Many people are having this issue.

You can try the instructions from the knowledge base article titled "I'm unable to download the online profile list" to install an offline version of the profile list. You won't get the error the next time you start DVD Profiler, but if you close and restart the application, the problem comes back because the online version of the profile list is still broken. |

| Posted: | | | | I took your advice and did not have any luck. Do you happen to know when things are scheduled to be back in order? I would rather just wait this out. For now I can just keep track of my new DVDs on paper and add them to my collection when things return to 'normal'. And I will stop shopping for DVD Profiler alternatives...for now at least. Thank you for the assistance. | | | Blu-ray collection order; Music>Musicals>Documentaries>TV shows>Criterions>Movies |

After getting a new PC I quickly cleaned the HD, reinstalled Windows and sold that old PC for $40. Lesson learned, I will not be so quick to clean and sell my old PC next time around. And the good news is my copy of DVD Profiler is working on my new PC. Thanks for your guy's help. | | | Blu-ray collection order; Music>Musicals>Documentaries>TV shows>Criterions>Movies |
