| Posted: | | | | I just uploaded/updated my online collection without a problem. Perhaps you could try again? |

| Posted: | | | | I've been getting the error for several weeks, and also on two different computers. I even tried clearing my online database and creating a new desktop database but I still get the same error. |

| Posted: | | | | SOLVED: I tried turning off firewalls but that didn't help. I noticed that I was also having issues with OneDrive syncing a few files where they would start to upload and then restart. In the process of troubleshooting, I disconnected from my 5GHz wifi network and connected to my 2.4GHz and I noticed that OneDrive synced immediately. I tried syncing DVD Profiler on the 2.4GHz wifi and it synced without errors so it appears that there is some sort of issue with my 5GHz wifi. |

| Posted: | | | | I have a similar problem, which remains unsolved even after having the software accepted by my firewall & antivirus program. The error message is 'the online system generated an unrecognised error'. Any help? |

| Posted: | | | | I'm able to sync my collection but when I try to add a new Blu-ray to my collection DVD profiler freezes. Displaying the "Connecting to Invelvos Software" window. I need to kill the DVD profiler process with Task Manager. I have this problem since Monday February 26th. Maybe related to the maintenance? |

Of course. Either wait, reboot your computer or clear your browser cache. One of those will probably fix it. | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here.
