| Posted: | | | | Ah, didn't know there was a direct link. This means one could theoretically write a small script that keeps one's local OnlineList.dod updated... | | | - Jan |

| Posted: | | | | Looks like the incremental daily update is back! Had a new update yesterday, thought it was a glitch. Just clicked the 'refresh updated profiles' button, and got a new update.
No more shift+click to refresh the entire database. At least, for now... | | | Last edited: by marcelb7 |

I didn't do a ctrl-refresh today, and it looks like I got updated profiles just like you... Let's hope it's permanent. |

| Posted: | | | | Indeed, I don't seem to see the error anymore when updating, but I haven't got any updates for a while, though... I feel like I'm the only one using DVD Profiler in France. |

| Posted: | | | | After months of no action or response from Invelos I think many of us (myself included) started to look for alternatives to DVD Profiler. Eventually I decided to move on with other software and without any major changes behind the scenes at Invelos I don't see myself going back. Which means my contribution days are over, for now at least. (I'm also ditching my Windows PC for a MacBook Pro so I won't be able to anyway.) |

| Posted: | | | | I'm perfectly capable of creating a profile from scratch if needed. I don't need anyone's contributions. I don't need or want the shared Invelos database to alter my local profiles. I don't need Invelos to do jack. To each his own naturally. | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection |

| Posted: | | | | Well, I considered trying other software as well, but if it's not possible to transfer your data from DVD Profiler to it, it would be far too long to recreate my 1600+ collection in another program. I actually don't mind creating profiles myself though, but it can be very time consuming sometimes (especially boxsets). |

| Posted: | | | | It took me a couple of minutes to transfer my collection to a certain other software. Of course the transition isn't perfect but neither is the Invelos db and I've quit obsessing over every little detail. Life is too short and now at least I don't have to do every title from scratch. |
