Maybe I am dense but, what does it matter whether or not the user is shown? If I don't want my kids to watch a DVD, I just don't let them watch it. Whether or not their unser name shows up for that DVD doesn't matter to me. Am I missing something? Beyond that, I agree with Pete. Having all NR profiles default to a higher rating isn't the answer. If that was how it was done in the past, I would have considered it a bug. Perhaps a check box for NR that are not 'family friendly' would be a better option. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. | Posted: | | | | This seems to me to yet another excellent example of the use of Tags. I am with Unicus, when my grandkids are in my house, they watch what I let them watch, I don't care what their parents let them watch in their house and i don't need any program, computer or governmental to be a nanny for me. I know whether i consider a given film in my library to be suitable or not.

As far as the rest of it goes, I'm with you Skip. I know if I'm going to watch my friend Christi's kids, we can all watch My Friend Flicka but maybe not so much for the uncut version of American Psycho. | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. -- Thorin Oakenshield |
