Is Steve Bacic invalid? Couldn't find it in the BY thread.

I got a contribution with Michael Caine (BY 1933). Seems to be an accepted but not documented BY. So no documentation it should be invalid. But I can't neither find him on the forbidden BY list. Can somebody tell me how this case should be handled, what give I as a reason to remove the BY 1933 in a contribution?

there are 2 profiles in the database for Fanboy & Chum Chum. Michael Caine is a writer for some episodes (streamed a couple of his episodes)  but no cast and crew have been contributed yet.

I would contribute them but I don't have the time to stream 20 episodes / 40 titles for writing credits.
So per the rules you can remove the BY and put in on the invalid list. And maybe next week someone contributes just season 1 of Fanboy & Chum Chum to a existing profile and then the 1933 BY will be needed because there will be 2 Michael Caine names in the database.
