| Posted: | | | | I am looking forward to see it IMDb lists the release date for Taiwan as July 4, but I was at the cinema today and the posters show July 20. So, another week for me... | Posted: | | | | Yes it was a good action flick, but I wasn't that impressed.
Especially disappointing was the IT part which was absurd like any 24 episode. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | I have a free movie ticket for it, and I'm planning on catching it sometime this week hopefully! Does the PG-13 rating really hurt the film much? I've read conflicting opinions... | | | Corey |

| Posted: | | | | It's PG-13? WTH. I didn't even bother checking since I assumed it would be R just like all the others. How can it be Die Hard and be PG-13? | Posted: | | | | I think it's because they don't actually show many of the more gruesome death sequences like they did with the previous movies. Nobody getting hanged by a chain, nobody getting cut in half by a metal cable, etc.
You know they happened and how they died, you just don't actually see it. | | | Last edited: by Dr. Killpatient |

I've read conflicting opinions... In my opinion they toned it down too much to get the PG-13 rating. It's as good as the previous 2 sequels but not as good as the original issue. A nice touch, though, was getting to see his daughter all grown up and just as feisty and wise-assed as McClane. I give it a 4 out of 5 Stars. | | | John

It was simply a Bruce Willis PG-13 action movie, not a Die Hard movie.. imo. | | | http://daterminehtor.blogspot.com/ |

| Posted: | | | | Kind of a creative title, but at this point if they do another one they should just cut to the chase and call it Die Hard 5: Bruce Willis Blows shiitake mushroom Up. | | | "This movie has warped my fragile little mind." |

| Posted: | | | | I haven't seen it yet... my favorite still is Die Harder, the one at the airport. I wonder if four point `O` is actually better than all first three combined? | | | Jean-Paul |

| Posted: | | | | I saw at and enjoyed it. I am split on the PG 13 rating though. I understand that the movie will make more money because it reaches a bigger audience, but I think there was a sacrifice. That aside, the movie was much better than I thought it would be. I remember reading that they were making a fourth and I felt the same way when i read about Rocky Balboa. But all in all they both were good films.
As far as the best, I still like the original most. |

Especially disappointing was the IT part which was absurd like any 24 episode. Oh come on! As if the rest of the movie was any less absurd (driiving cars UP a wall to take out a helicopter, fighter jets maneuvering underneath highway overpasses). It's an action flic and meant to entertain in a blow-s**t-up manner. Logic thrown out the window (and blown up on the way down for that matter) is a natural ingredient to this kind of movies.... I enjoyed it immensely and rank it on par with part two and slightly above part 3. Part one is still the best of the franchise | | | Lutz |

| Posted: | | | | its a 2 on a dice for me... The first half hour or so was just fine but then they thougt they must get somthing spectacular... All the three first goes double over this one in my opinion. Now that they have the mean to get great beliveable effects they must drive it to the limit, so it again look fake. | | | We are all at the same age, only at different time... |
